Ron Walker: Over the past few decades following the best weather for climbing I now spend the winter in Scotland, summer in the Alps and autumn in Spain......

I'm a self employed mountaineering instructor (MIC, IML) working in the UK and abroad.

My guiding company Talisman Mountaineering aka "Cairngorm Guides" was established in 1992 and is based near Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland.
We organise walking, mountaineering, climbing, winter skills, private guiding and adventure holidays worldwide.

As full members of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI) and British Association of International Leaders (BAIML) we can guarantee you a friendly and professional service.
